Soon many diners and café’s offered avocado toast on their menus.
Many tasty variations were soon created.
Today you will learn a few different yummy ways to create this taste sensation.
With Poached Eggs
This is one of my favorite ways to make avocado toast. The key is learning how to properly poach an egg.
The following steps allow you to make a perfect poached egg.
1 – Take a 2-quart saucepan and fill halfway with tap water.
2 – Add 1 tablespoon of plain white vinegar. Don’t worry, this won’t affect the taste. The vinegar helps the egg white cook faster. Preventing it from dispersing in the water.
Crack your egg into a small bowl.
Swirl the boiling water like the image below and drop in your egg.

3 – Set your timer for 3 minutes. You may adjust the time from 3 – 4 minutes depending on how firm you like your egg yolk. My preferred time is 3 minutes.
4 – After 3 minutes or your preferred time. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon. Blot on a dishtowel for a few seconds to remove excess water.
